Terms of Service — Base Camp Inc. Social Media Automation Tool

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the internal software tool (“the Tool”) operated by Base Camp Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Yokohama, Japan. The Tool publishes video content produced by Base Camp Inc. to social media accounts owned and managed by Base Camp Inc. (currently the TikTok account @thelastnagi and a linked Instagram Business account).
1. Scope of use The Tool is an internal system used exclusively by authorized staff of Base Camp Inc. It is not offered, distributed, licensed, or sold to any third party. No third party may access or use the Tool.
2. Description of service The Tool connects to the TikTok Content Posting API and the Instagram Graph API through official OAuth authorization granted by our own accounts, and publishes video content that Base Camp Inc. has produced and reviewed. The Tool operates in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms and the Meta Platform Terms.
3. Content responsibility All content published through the Tool is created, reviewed, and approved by Base Camp Inc. before publishing. We are solely responsible for the content we publish, including compliance with applicable laws and the community guidelines of each platform, and including the appropriate disclosure of AI-generated content.
4. Intellectual property All videos, captions, and other materials published through the Tool are the property of Base Camp Inc. or are used under appropriate licenses.
5. Disclaimer The Tool is provided for our internal use “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice.
6. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court.
